The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable short/long-term stay.

*May to September no pool heating/water may be heated by the sun

The space

A penthouse that lies on the top two floors of a new building in the hip area of Plato’s Academy and on the 8th floor a terrace overlooking Athens and the Acropolis
On the 6th floor there is the kitchen, the dining room, the living room and the master bedroom.
On the 7th floor there are two bedrooms that share another bathroom.
Both floors have big furnished balconies with impecable view.
The best feature of the aparment is its own private terrace on the 8th floor with a heated plunge pool and 360 degrees view of the city of Athens and a real close up view of the Acropolis!

Guest access

You will have access to the whole apartment, which means all 3 floors!

Rules (see full rules under “House Rules”):
-Strictly no guests except for confirmed guests in the booking and from our side explicitly agreed further guests in communication. Please ask if in any doubt.
-If any extra guests are seen entering, we will cancel the booking with no refund as it is strictly against house rules.
-With respect for neighbors: no partying (including “events” with friends) is allowed.
-No smoking inside or by the windows. Allowed in the balconies.
-No pets allowed.
